Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
